Creamy Peanut-Butter Protein Smoothie

It's hard for me to go past this smoothie option! Not only does it taste amazing, it is packed with enough healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein to fuel your morning or replenish your body after a solid movement practice. - Brent


Serves 1

  • 1 cup Pure Harvest CocoQuench

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 tablespoon protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 handful ice (optional)

  • cacao nibs / granola to garnish


  1. Add all of the ingredients excluding the ice, into the blender and blend until smooth. Optional, add in the ice and blend further.

  2. Pour into glass, sprinkle cacao nibs or granola as garnish
